We have three sets of nationwide in person events each year:
- Technology and professional networking meetups – the focus is on tech but we have had presentations held by members of other industries such as automotive and mining.
- On the Spring Tour we have a camping and hiking events held across the country.
- For the October Horse event each Lodge competes to build the best wooden horse. This event is similar to Octoberfest but not alcohol themed.
We have three meetings each month:
- On the First Sunday of the month we meet at 3pm Central/4pm Eastern
- -On the Second Sunday of the month we meet at 3pm Central/4pm Eastern
- On the Third Saturday of the month we meet at 3pm Central/4pm Eastern
We support various open source software projects including CalyxOS, LineageOS, F-Droid, Garuda Linux, CommunityChest.io and are working on our own fork of Android Open Source. We offer computer programming and data science training for free with membership see benefits.
Local, Regional and Timezone Lodges also hold their own events. We have over a dozen Local, Regional and Timezone Lodges – mostly concentrated in the Eastern and Central time zones.
